~PIZZA ROLLS~






I just love pizza rolls. They are super tasty, easy to make and the perfect snack for every party. And you can just use all your leftover vegetables from your fridge to create all kind of different pizza rolls :D

Ingredients:
- pizza dough or puff pastry 
- tomato sauce 
- cheese 
- corn 
- 1/2 chopped paprika
- salt, pepper and oregano


Preparation:
  1. Roll the pizza dough in a long rectangle.
  2. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, but make sure to let 1 cm dough on the long edge without sauce. So that the pizza rolls will stick better together later. 
  3. Sprinkle the dough with corn, paprika, cheese and spices. Just add as much toppings as you want :) 
  4. Starting at the long end, roll dough up tightly to form a log. Then slice it into 2 cm pieces. 
  5. Place the pizza rolls on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with some more cheese, if you want. 
  6. Bake the pizza rolls in the preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 min or untill they are browned on top. Let them cool down a bit, serve with garlic sauce and enjoy! 


PS: If you use homemade pizza or basic yeast dough, it will even taste better! Also pizza rolls with joghurt (instead of tomato sauce), blue cheese, grated cheese, paprika and corn are really delicious :)
