For Bechamel Sauce

2 spoonful butter
1.5 tablespoons flour
1.5 cups of milk
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Over 40-50 g of grated cheese

First crepes, add eggs in a large bowl. Then beat the eggs well. After whisking, add milk and water on top. Add salt and flour and mix well to avoid lumps. After your pancake dough is ready, heat and lubricate your pan and pour it into it. Turn the pan over and cook the pancakes without burning too much. Make sure that the dough for the pancakes is not thick. After cooking all of them, set them on the edge.

Chop the chicken breasts and onion in small pieces. Then, add oil in a deep pan and add first your onion then chicken and cook. Then add the peppers you chopped and continue cooking. Add pepper and salt to the top. Cook until it absorbs the water. Then add the peppers that you chopped quite long into the pan. Add the spices again and leave to cook a little more.

Then open the crepes and close them by adding and wrapping them from the prepared mortar. Place them all in the tray. For the bechamel sauce, add milk and flour to the pot. After thoroughly mixing, add butter and cook until solid on the stove. After cooking, pour over the crepes. Finally, add chili peppers and a lot of cheddar cheese. You can cook it well in the oven and serve.
