~BANANA PANCAKES~

 Is there a better way to start your day than with pancakes? 
These banana pancakes are fluffy and delicious, even without added extra sugar. They are super tasty with fresh fruits, peanut butter, chocolate, honey, yogurt,...add whatever you want to make your perfect breakfast :)



Ingredients: 
- 2 ripe bananas 
- 1 egg 
- 1 cup flour 
- some milk 
- some oil 

Preparation: 
  1. Seperate the egg white and the egg yolk. Beat the egg white stiff. 
  2. Mash the bananas and combine them with the egg yolk and the flour. Add some milk if the batter is to viscous.
  3. Then stir carefully the beaten egg white to the pancake batter. 
  4. Heat a pan over a low-medium heat and coat it with oil. Make pancakes: drop the batter into the pan, cook them until the first side is golden brown, or until the top surface forms bubbles. Flip and repeat on the other side. 
  5. Serve your hot banana pancakes with the toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
