~HEALTHY OAT SNACKS~
This is just the easiest healthiest recipe! It doesn't include so much effort, ingredient and also calories! This is my recipe but you can use different kind of dried fruits and smashed nuts.
Ingredients;
2 cup of oat
1 cup of dried grapes
1cup of chopped dried fig
1/2 cup of milk (depends on preferences, you can also use almond or soya milk)
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Mix all of them. Make them as small balls and bake them in 180 degrees for 15mins! Enjoy!
